By using our website and/or ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery costs are always agreed before you confirm and pay in full for your purchase, based on the destination information you provide.

The price applicable is set at the date and time at which you confirm your order, and full payment is made.

Our pieces are antique and vintage unless otherwise stated. This means that they are in a used condition and may have some imperfections in keeping with age. Their used condition is what defines their unique character and therefore cannot be considered defective. Please take a look at the photos carefully.

The frames are provided free of charge in addition to the artwork. This might be the original frame or a new frame. If your purchase includes the frame it is being sold 'as is' and is a complimentary addition to the sale.

Albi Art & Interiors reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend any sale if events occur which are beyond its control including: fire, floods, storms, riots or non availability of supplies.

Shipping prices will vary according to weight, size, and destination country.

Your item may be liable for import duty, this will be the buyers responsibility.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Albi Art & Interiors and we are responsible for the personal information – see our Privacy Policy for further details.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rests entirely with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to obtain more information regarding taxes or duties, prior to confirming your purchase from Albi Art & Interiors.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
